The Incredible Story of the Teenage "Barefoot Bandit"
* Second Video
* Third Video:
The teenage 'Barefoot Bandit' who allegedly stole cars, boats and planes during two years on the run from the US law enforcement, was arrested in the Bahamas as he tried to make a sea-borne escape.
Shots were fired during the water chase, as local television showed pictures of gunfire damage on the stolen boat. Colton Harris-Moore is suspected of stealing cars, boats and at least five planes, despite a lack of formal flight training. He is now facing extradition to the US. The teenager has been on the run since escaping from a Washington State 'halfway house' in 2008. He gained fame and thousands of fans online who admired his ability to evade arrest.
According to wikipedia, Colton A. "Colt" Harris-Moore (born March 22, 1991) is a former fugitive from Camano Island, Washington. He is suspected in the theft of at least five small aircraft, a boat, two cars and in the burglaries of at least 100 private residences in various locations around the Pacific Northwest of the United States and Canada. He fled to the Bahamas on July 4, 2010, allegedly in a plane stolen from Bloomington, Indiana. He was indicted on July 6 by a U.S. Federal Court in Seattle, Washington on charges of transporting another stolen aircraft in that state. Harris-Moore was arrested in Harbour Island, Bahamas on July 11, after police shot out the engine of the boat in which he was attempting to flee. Two days later, he was deported from Nassau, Bahamas to Miami, Florida and transferred on July 21 to SeaTac, Washington where he is awaiting trial.
He became known as the "Barefoot Bandit" or "Barefoot Burglar" by reportedly committing some of his crimes barefoot, once leaving behind a chalk footprint. Despite the widely-reported nicknames, officials said that he more often wore shoes.

"Meaning of Peace" by Paulo Coelho
What is really the meaning of the word “peace”? Sometimes people don’t understand why I use the term “Warrior of Light” since I’m engaged in a kind of confrontation with life. I do this because I believe that Nature is also in a state of confrontation: springtime against winter, winter against summer, lions against zebras, etc. For me “peace” is an utopia as far as Nature is concerned. That said we need to strive for peace among ourselves but we also need to keep in mind that absolute peace is an utopia despite the many attempts of “peace” in the world. Consequently this state of peace may lead to boredom. In the light of this: Do you really want peace in the world? Have you ever considered that there was never peace in the world and that therefore this goal may simply be unattainable?
